Our Rustic, Dutch style waffles are made with organic, heirloom varietal wheat grown in the Willamette Valley. It takes 24 hours for our yeasted and barley malted batter to develop its exquisite flavor. Thin and crispy, these healthy waffles are the perfect vessel for our locally sourced and house-made fillings. All sandwiches are made with round, 7 inch folded waffles.
