As a native Texan, Kyle Rensmeyer experienced the world’s best bbq at the source. Growing up just outside Dallas, he’s lived all over the state, including College Station and Austin; sampling smoked meats from masters and craftsmen alike.

Not until leaving TX did he realize how truly lucky he was to have access to the unique flavors of Texas bbq. Not long after he made it his mission to bring those flavors to the Pacific Northwest.
