Since 2015, Matt’s BBQ has offered Texas-style BBQ from our fixed-location food truck located at 4233 N Mississippi Ave.

Meats are cooked for the day on an offset smoker using oak wood. While we often keep our posted hours we do sell out of our most popular items before the day is over, so don’t be surprised if you can’t get brisket 6pm on a Saturday. Same day ordering is first come first serve, thought we do have a pre-order option for those planning ahead.
