We specialize in Gyoza, Japanese pot-stickers, and Karaage, Japanese fried chicken. Our gyozas are hand wrapped and made from scratch every day. The pork gyoza is filled with pork, cabbage, onions, garlic & ginger. They can be served either pan-fried or deep-fried. We get our Draper Valley chicken from a local meat market. They have been our business partner since we opened in 2016, and provide quality meat. And we absolutely knock it our of the park with our vegan gyoza. Prepared by hand, fresh every day with shitake mushrooms and other local fresh ingredients. Even meat-eaters LOVE our vegan gyoza.
