We have a New American style of cooking. Our dishes are inspired by the food we love eating and all cultures that enrich America. They transition with the seasons of the Pacific Northwest utilizing ingredients at their peak. Supporting as many local, small businesses as possible is important to us, so the majority of our ingredients are from farmer’s markets and local vendors.
