Hola! My name is Carlos, chef and owner of Taquero Mucho. I have more than 10 years of experience, I’ve worked at some of the most well-known Mexican restaurants here in the Portland area. Finally, this year I decided to be my own boss and started my business. Bringing the best of the Mexican cuisine to you. Some of our favorites are: Tacos, Tortas, Burritos and much more. We have a variety of meat options to choose from and offer alternatives for vegetarians. We also offer a variety of drinks to cool down the spiciness of our salsas, the most requested, our agua de horchata (sweet rice water). Don’t forget we have our breakfast burrito all day long. Cooking is a true passion of mine, which explains our name, Taquero Mucho. And like many say “barriga llena, corazon contento” (a full belly and a happy heart). Los esperamos!
